Returns and Exchanges
At Elevated Blue, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, if you wish to return or exchange an item, this is possible within 14 days of receiving your order.
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Contact us: Send an email to info@elevated-blue.com or fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- Wait for instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.
Please note that returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 14 days from the date of receipt. Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging when returning it.
Return Policy at Elevated Blue
To ensure a smooth return process, we ask you to keep the following conditions in mind:
- Return costs: The cost of returning an item is at your own expense.
- Packaging: Make sure your order is returned in the original packaging.
- Condition of the item: The item must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged. All labels must still be attached to the item.
- Return period: Items returned after the 14-day period unfortunately cannot be accepted.
- Washing guarantee: We do not provide a guarantee for issues that arise after washing the item. Any damage caused by washing is your own responsibility.
