How do I track my order?
We strive to process and ship orders quickly, within 24-48 hours of placement. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. Your shipping confirmation will include detailed tracking information to monitor your order's progress. Use the provided tracking details to follow your package on our delivery partner’s website.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We always do our best to deliver your package as quickly as possible. In most cases, this takes no longer than 2 to 3 days.
How can i return my order?
Arranging a return is easy and hassle free! Follow these steps:
- Within 14 days of receiving your order, send an email to info@elevated-blue.com stating that you want to return one or more items.
- You will receive the necessary return instructions from us.
- Follow the instructions to complete your return.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once you have returned the items to us, you can expect your refund within 5-7 business days after the items have been received at our warehouse.
You can track the progress of your return using the track-and-trace code from your chosen carrier, which will indicate when the package arrives at our warehouse. The 5-7 business-day processing period begins from that moment.
Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a notification. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

How long does it take to exchange a product?
After your return has been received by our warehouse, we will process it within 3 days. In most cases, exchange requests are handled within a day. You will always receive a confirmation email with a tracking code once your new order has been processed.
What are the costs of returning?
The return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
What can I do if the exchange product is out of stock?
If the product you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternative solutions. These may include:
